NIGHTCLUB & VENUE SECURITY
Licensed door supervisors for nightclubs, bars and venues across London. Professional crowd control, ID checks, incident handling and closing procedures — tailored to your licence and your guests.
More than just a presence at the door — a trained, accountable team keeping your venue, your staff and your guests safe all night.
Rigorous ID checks at the door — Challenge 25 compliant, with document scanning where required to flag banned, underage or vulnerable guests before they enter.
Organised entry flow, queue control and capacity monitoring to keep lines calm, the venue within safe limits, and guests in good spirits from the moment they arrive.
Wristband, stamp and digital re-entry management so only authorised guests move through the door — no pass-backs, no surprises.
Trained de-escalation first, with controlled ejection procedures when needed. Every incident is logged in a structured report handed to venue management at the end of the shift.
Proactive searches at entry — bag checks, wand screening and passive observation — to keep harmful items out of your venue and off your premises.
Safe, orderly closing procedures with dispersal management outside the venue to keep noise down, prevent loitering and protect guests as they leave.
From a single door supervisor to a full team — we scale to your venue, your capacity and your licence conditions.
Full door supervision teams for late-licensed venues — from intimate cocktail bars to large-capacity nightclubs.
Crowd safety teams for live music events, gigs and touring shows, working alongside venue staff and promoters.
Discreet, smartly-presented door cover for private parties, corporate events and high-profile functions.
Gate control, ticket verification and crowd management for outdoor events and festival entrances of any size.
Everything you need to know about our Door Supervision service.
Our standard dress is a professional black suit or smart black uniform with a visible SIA licence badge, ensuring a polished, authoritative presence that still feels welcoming. For private events and corporate functions, we can tailor the dress code — from formal suits to branded polo shirts — to match your venue's aesthetic.
Yes — every MR Security door supervisor holds a valid SIA Door Supervision licence, renewed every three years. We also carry out enhanced DBS checks and provide additional training in conflict management, physical intervention, first aid and drug awareness. Licences are carried on shift and available for inspection at any time.
Our approach is de-escalation first. Supervisors are trained to defuse tension verbally before it escalates; physical intervention is a last resort, used proportionately and only to prevent harm. Every incident — from a refused entry to an ejection — is recorded in a written report handed to venue management by the end of the shift. For serious incidents, we liaise directly with the police and preserve CCTV where available.
We cover nightclubs, late-night bars, live music venues, concert halls, private function rooms, festival gates and outdoor events across Greater London and the surrounding counties. Whether you need a single supervisor for a small bar or a full team for a 1,000-capacity nightclub, we scale the cover to your venue and your licence conditions.
